Knight Frank was tasked with finding new owners for The Zenith in one of Australia’s most competitive commercial markets. To achieve this, they required a premium-quality brand and marketing campaign to anchor their sales program. In keeping with the A-Grade offering of the property itself, the campaign needed to be compelling, creative and contemporary.
Against a very tight timeline, we partnered closely with the sales teams from both Knight Frank and CBRE to deliver a fully-integrated suite of marketing materials. The process began by developing an elegant new brand identity and positioning for The Zenith. These were then rolled out across all communication touchpoints to raise awareness, generate leads and engage potential buyers. Given high interest from Chinese investors, materials were produced in both English and Mandarin.
