Our task was to create a suite of collateral for Savills and JLL that that matched the prestige of the opportunity. The design and messaging needed to be closely aligned with the spectacular location and amenity, showing touches of water and natural elements, and inspiring investor confidence. It was also critical to tackle a key insight identified in the pre-campaign research: the misconception that Walsh Bay was seen by many investors as a city fringe location.
Working hand-in-hand with Markham’s appointed agents, Savills and JLL, we established a clean and elegant design framework for the sales campaign. This was then leveraged seamlessly across multiple communication platforms, as and when required. Consistency of message was also paramount. Whilst spanning a wide range of channels in both digital and printed media, the campaign was anchored by a core of relevant and compelling sales messages, each carefully-crafted to resonate strongly with potential investors.
